A: The community’s single PIN code will expire December 15th, 2025. Please start to use your individually assigned PIN as soon as possible. The community wide PIN will stop working on 12/15/25.
A: Yes but do so sparingly, the PIN is unique to your home & you are free to share with family, friends, trusted vendors, and/or delivery services. Please be mindful when you share your PIN.
A: Per your HOA’s policy, PIN’s are updated once per year. Your HOA will notify you 30-60 days before PINs are changed.
A: Yes! You can use the support form to request a new PIN. This typically takes 24-48 hours and you will receive an email confirming.
A: Unfortunately no, PINs automatically expire each year and custom PINs cannot be set in order to keep each home’s PIN unique.
A: Absolutely! The mobile app is completely optional, your private PIN and legacy clicker/remote will both work.
